Taste Notes

GOLD MEDAL, COLORADO STATE FAIR. BEST OF SHOW, COLORADO STATE FAIR, 2013

Notes

Dropped trub 10 hours after finished. Dropped 3L of dark brown, then pitched from previous batch (#64) aprox 850ccs of slurry. Probably a bit of an overpitch. FG- 1.008 85% attenuation, very high but normal in my brewery.
