brew day 29/7/2013 mash in @ 71c mash starting at 67.5c mash out 75c cubed 31L fermenter 30L @35c pitched 750ml US-05 culture 1.050 OG (5 days in primary) racked to secondary on 3/8/2013 @ 1.015 dry hopped with 50g Citra (5 days in the secondary) FG 1.013 bulk primed with 180g Dex
