Excellent IIPA
by OptimusJayTasting this one now. Cascade often gets overlooked because its not new and exciting. This recipe ignores that trend and really showcases what a great hop Cascade is. The honey malt adds a subtle sweetness and the 7cs dry hop welcomes you once you pour one. Really good recipe.
