Taste Notes

added lactic acid for the first time ever BAD IDEA mash ph was 4.6 after mash in added 1tbsp of 5.2 stablizer moved ph to 4.82 ph evened out at 4.93 mash temp dropped to 145 briefly during early part of brew.

Added 1 oz Simcoe to dry hop on 3-20-19
