Taste Notes
- notei um leve "off-taste" no segundo dia de fermentação (que nas minhas impressões é causado por "fermentação arrastada");
TODAVIA, isso me parece ter sumido até o final da fermentação, que durou 14 dias!

Mudou-se o fermento em relação a versão 1.0, feita em 19/janeiro/2013.
