Notes
Disolve the malt extract into 2 Litres of boiling water in a large jug and add to the cleaned and sanitised fermenter.
Fill to 21L with quality cold brewing water achieving a starting wort temperature of 17-23C.
Sprinkle dried yeast on wort surface and ferment.
Dry hop after around 4 days with 30g of Mosaic and 30g of Citra. At day 7 or when gravity is arounf 1012, dry hop the remaining 50g of Mosaic and 50g of Citra.
