Tweaked the ingredients a smidge for this batch Added a little roasted barley to try to give a bigger, roastier malt aroma/profile. Noticed that earlier recipes had Crystal 80 - not sure why I went down to 40 - DJI? Went back to Crystal 80 for this recipe.
