Notes

Used one pot…heated to 161…mashed in hit 154 initial cooled to 152…dropped to 146 at 25 min…gave it a bit of heat and a stir back up to 152…seemed to hold better for the rest of the mash. finished around 149-150 after 75min+ mash. 14p preboil…15.5p inthge fermenter…cooled to 62…decanted starter and decanted. transferred slurry to 1L flask…had about 825-850ml.
