Taste Notes

Malty, caramel and fruity notes shining through the malt, little yeast taste, no hop flavor.

Notes

Heat belt after 4 days of letting it ride. Into secondary after 4 weeks. Heat belt on for 4 more weeks. Lager for 4. Should have applied gas, had a flat taste at times.
