03/02/2019: Decided to substitute the late addition Centennial hops for El Dorado. 02/23/2019 - Make starter with yeast from 11/21-2018. Make a 1.5L starter to yield 233 billion cells. With this yeast, make a 1.3L starter to yield 353 billion cells.
