Notes

My own recipe. A tweak on the Lyford 188 v1.0. Changed the grain bill and added Citra and Mosiac hops. Lots of hops - 1#, 16oz in total! Use a hop bag/spider or you will end up with 3 inches of hop residue on the bottom of the brew kettle.
