Taste Notes

Probably the tastiest brown ale I ever made! No granola taste but slight roast and coffee but quite mild. Just perfect. Don't run granola throght the grain mill next time. Gave the mill fits and raisens stuck to rllers.

Notes

2 lbs. of Quaker Granola Mix added to mash. Why? Just cause I like granola. Very difficult crushing. 4 ml. of lactic acid. 1.065 on the button. Not much foam in the fermenter due to oil in the granola.
