Notes

8/31/14 - gravity was way low 1.051 - 9/5/14 - 14 brix - 1.047 I thought it would be lower than that. I think my yeast was old and I had a low pitch 9/7/14 - 11 brix - 1.028 9/10/14 - 9.5 brix 1.017 - getting very close 9/13/14 - 9 brix 1.014 - right were I want it. 7.5% alcohol
