Taste Notes

After about two weeks in the keg, this thing is amazingly delicious! I would still toast the cocnut next time though. Seem to get more favor with toasting.

Notes

7 Ml. of lactic acid brought it to 5.24 pH. Temp brought down to 170 deg. and whirlpool hops added for 30 minutes. Add one quart of pineapple/orange juide and one lb. of coconut after high krausen.
