Notes

Do not soak oak chips in bourbon, simply add them in to secondary. 3 chopped vanilla beans soaked in 16 oz Bourbon throughout fermentation process, then strain vanilla beans out and add bourbon to bottling bucket and gently stir. If you must use Blackstrap Molasses use only about 4 oz.
