Notes

Starting with 5g of NYS 2 row malt at about 1.050 OG. Adding 6lbs of the dark malt blend, 7.5 lbs of additional NYS malt and .5lbs of roasted barley. If utilizing all the grain the recipie calls for 7.63g of mash water and 2.10g of sparge water. I will add 2.63 gallons of water to the initial wort to mash into and sparge with 2.1g of water some additional might be needed to hit the minimum of the Immersion circulator.
