Taste Notes
Awarded a gold medal at CASK Homebrew club meeting 3/9/19 over 20 entries. Great aroma and body supports the hops, low to med hop bitterness.Notes
Insprired by Bell's Two Hearted IPA recipe from AHA website with some tweaks.
Gold Medal IPA - CASK March 2019
by DibbsThis beer won the gold medal in the CASK homebrew club March 2019 competition with 20 entries. Great hop aroma, nice head retention and lacing. Enough body for the hops. I added another 1.5 oz of hop hash 3 days after the first.
