Try splitting the raspberry purée addition. Half at yeast pitch and half four days into fermentation. 7/14/18 Used 20% Wheat Mash-in: 150 Pre boil SG: 1.047 (12 brix) OG: 1.052 (13.2 brix) Forgot Whirlfloc Added 1.5 pounds of raspberry purée to carboys Transfer to secondary after 6-days @ 1.020 6/3/17 Ground wheat +1 then +2 from normal middle point on mill Efficiency: 71.85% actual (guessed 65% based on past brew sessions, but milling finer appears to have increased efficiency using wheat) Mash-in 154 (164 strike) 1.050 (12.6 brix) Collected 13.25 gal.
