Mashed about 3 gallons on Satuday to sour.
First Mash Grainbill

Sparged directly into a purged 3 gallon carboy, seal with plastic wrap, and allowed to cool natrually. Left for 4 days to sour. Tried my best to hold the temp at 120F by a similar decoction method.
