Notes

Mashed about 3 gallons on Satuday to sour. First Mash Grainbill 1lb Corn 3lbs 2-Row Sparged directly into a purged 3 gallon carboy, seal with plastic wrap, and allowed to cool natrually. Left for 4 days to sour. Tried my best to hold the temp at 120F by a similar decoction method.
