1.0 pkgs American Farmhouse Blend (White Labs #WLP670) Yeast 11

Notes

Added 2oz of roasted barley just for color and to emulate the long boil times that are traditional. Ferment warm and sit on primary yeast for 4 weeks before kegging/bottling. No secondary racking. Would like to bottle at least 2 cases with a higher carbonation level and age for 6+ month.
