Notes
Steeped about 1 lb of nutshells in the mash water for 20 minutes at 140F
Added 1lb Dried Currents which should increase the sugars by a bit. Also a touch of cinamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Added about 3/4 of a cup of Hazelnut syrup in secondary. This proved to be too much even though the syrup instructions claim otherwise.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
