Taste Notes
Dark, roasty, hops come through. Initial taste was medicinal but after CO2, was mellowed. Jimmy says a little on the bitter side. But my IPA history thinks it's ok. Notes
Ending batch size was too low on volume. Boiled 3 gallons in the kitchen, resparged and rested for 10 minutes. Reheated the wort for 5 minutes and added Amarillo at flameout. Orig Gravity came in at 1.068.
