Taste Notes

Also know as the Creepy Stalker Neighbor beer for Brian's Birthday. Excellent maltiness and carmel aroma. Bitterness is very balanced and slighly on the low side. Perhpas just a tad too sweet. Mash at 153 deg. Well loved at the homebrew club meeting.

Notes

O.G. Extremely low at 1.053. Added .75 pd. of DME to raise it to 1.059. At kegging, this may be the most drinkable been I ever made. Nose is carmel and the taste is malty. Bitterness is much less present than thought.
