Notes

So this is going to be fermented with WLP500 and a mini starter from the Mikkeller Yeast Series: Belgian Ale. 5 gallons will be aged standard, and the other 5 gallons will be pitched with the sour strain from Rich. Ageing will be dependant on flavors and patience.
