Decided to brew on a Monday, after my bike ride home from work. It's 100F outside. Actually used whole short grain rice that I slowly cooked up to 152 as a cereal mash. Racked on top of the Chocolate IPA yeast cake. Could have been a color mistake racking on top of a darker beer cake, but time will tellThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
