Notes
Mash in 20 qt water (thickness 1.33) + 5 grams CaSO4 + 2 grams CaCl2 for Ca 100 SO4 150 Cl 50
Strike 171F for sacc rest at 154F for 90 minutes
Ferment at 50F for 7 days, then raise to 60F for 14 days. Lager for 6 weeks.
