Notes
Overall the brew day went perfectly. Element in HLT is underpowered so we need to swap this for a 5.5kw unit to match the boiler.
Aiming for 60.61l into the boiler and we put about 61.5l in the end as we managed a good sparge to boiler ratio for a change!
Boil off of 6 litres was spot on and the new hop spider made whirlpooling and plate chilling direct to the fermenters a dream!
