Taste Notes
Very hazy and juicy at secondary hopping on 5/12.
Notes
Gigayeast GY054 did not kick off on 5/5, yeast was dead?
- Did not fully earate the wort before adding yeast
- I should have done a yeast starter, but I had the double gold pack
Beth added two S-05 packets on 5/7/18
