Notes
I used distilled water (5 Gallons) mash and (9 Gallons) for the sparge. I adjusted the water chemisry prior to the mash, then added the water volumes need to mash in. I then drained my HLT of the mash water and added 9 gallons, adjusted the water profile and when I sparged I used the volumes needed.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
