began 1000 ml starter on 9/25 @ 1300. Measured gravity today 1.018; will give it one more day in Primary to finish. racked to keg 10/04/09 and placed in Fridge at approx 45 degrees. on 10/19/09 transferred to freezer and slowly reduced to 34 degrees for lagering
