Taste Notes

Checked gravity 17th(4days) 1029 added 1st dry hop, a lot of suspended yeast present. Nice sweet taste and some alcohol notes, good fermentation carbonation. Added 2nd dry hop 22nd (9 days), gravity at 1020 18.9c ramped up temperature to 21c Still some Krausen present Checked gravity 25.1.19(12 days) Cold crashed- good rounded flavour Pine, pineapple and lime flavour with milk and vanilla
