Got this recipe off the AHA website. Brewed it 11 Aug 2013 at the Oak Harbor Annual Pig Roast outside the Whidbey Island Homebrew Supply. WIHS did not have Nugget (recipe called for 13% for 60 min) so I used Columbus (15.2%) Transferred to 2dry 17Aug (6 days in primary) SG 1.023 Transferred to 3ry 24Aug (7 days in secondary) SG 1.020 Transferred to 4ry 30Aug (6 days in 3ry) SG 1.020. My God! tasting great! Transferred to 5ry 4Sep. SG 1.020. Outstanding! Transferred to 6ry 14Sep. 4.77 Gal. SG 1.020. Transferred to 7ry 21Sep. 4.66 Gal. SG 1.020. 8th rack 26Sep. 4.58 Gal. Getting clearer. 9th rack 6Oct. SG 1.020. 4.54 Gal. Still getting some sediment. maybe one more rack. Tasting very crisp. Excellent. Racked to keg 10Oct. 4.5 Gal. Placed in freezer at 35 deg and 12 PSI. Bottled approx 4 Gal 16Nov.
