Notes

Mash at 65c for 90 mins Mashout @77c for 10 mins All malt percentages im happy with except for this burning question from this version. Do i drop the Roast Barley out altogether or drop the percentage and let the chocolate sing as i want the choc forward flavour but maybe with some backing singers in teh back ground what do you think? Or do one or the other as they both compete in flavour
