Taste Notes

mash 55 degrees for 15 minutes 66.5 for 15 minutes then up to 77 when basket was removed. primary fermentation for 18 days then dry hopped for a futher 4 days in the same vessel. Temperature dropped to 12 degrees when hops were added (added at 18 degrees) Following dry hop, drop temp daily 10/7/4/1 degrees.
