Taste Notes
fermented in a room that stays 60 deg f. the banana and clove flavor from the yeast was muted and after 30 days cold in a keg cleared nicely and was a very delicious beer.
After only 7 days of bottling still not enough character. Probably need a bit of citra or Nelson sauvin in dry hoping...Notes
