Used 1.5 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of cherry peppercorn. 5gal in each fermenter. 2ltr starter for each, about 5.5 total.
1/23: Added .5kg sugar to each fermenter, roused yeast. Should bring SG up to 1.084
2/4: Moved to tap room, wrapped in blanket. Temp holding about 63, slowly bubbling.
2/16: moved to keezer, 70.
2/20: #2 1016 = 9.1%
3/24: #1 1015-1016
3/3: Keg #1, force carb
3/10: Keg #2, natural carb, 60g dex.
4/12: Both are way under carbed. Hit #1 with 24 PSI fir 24 hours while in keezer. Set #2 at 14 PSI for one week. Added gelatin to both, they were way too cloudy.
4/13: Better, but still light. Hit #1 with 12 hours at 24 PSI.
4/14: Almost there, hit #1 with 12 more hours at 24 PSI.
