Very Duvel like taste. Realy proud of this one. Can absolutely recommand it :)

Notes

Mashing 90 mins. 80 mins @ 66 degrees celcius, 10 mins @ 76 degrees celcius. 18L water for mashing. 13,2L left in the boiler - 10L spargewater 2 pkgs Wyeast 1388 Belgian Strong ale (Yeast starter: 2,6L water, 0,5 teaspoon yeast nutrient, 260g Muntons extra light spray malt) 6kg Pilsner malt (Belgian) 760g white table sugar @ 20 mins 25g Saaz 3,8% 90 mins 25g Saaz 3,8% 15 mins 50g Styrian Golding Celeia 3,5% 90 mins 0,5 teaspoon yeast nutrient @ 15 mins 0,5 Protafloc tab @ 15 mins Post-boil gravity: 1.086 Final gravity after 3 weeks of fermentation: 1.008 7 grams of white table sugar added per/L after fermentation. ABV= 9,85%
