Notes

This years version of the Black IPA with a lower OG to make it more of a session beer. Trying to get back to the Falconer's base. Couldn't get enough of the Falconer's Flight so using 7C's as well. Mash ended up being about 90 minutes. Strike water was 3-4 degrees F about calculated amount and tun was preheated for about 20 minutes prior to mash. Temp at end of mash was 147.6 F.
