Taste Notes
v1.0
Very dry and fresh with a sourish taste of grapefruit and tropical fruits
Adequate bitterness
VERY Good
Improvement proposal: Could do with a bit more HOP aromaNotes
Idea:
Make a superdry IPA (BRUT) matched with a bit of sourness and loads of tropical fruit flavour and aromas
Basically a normal IPA but with:
- Reduce pH with Lactic Acid down to 4.5pH ish prior to boil (40mL gives 4.1, 35mL gives
- Low bitterness and more HOP aroma and flavour (20-30ish IBU)
- add some zest and juices from citrus fruits (Grapefruit goes well with IPA and bitterness) ... 2 x Grapefruit will do
- Add enzymes along with yeast into Primary (28 drops = 1ml) ... only need about 0.6mL, but add 1mL just in case

v1.1:
Increased HOP additions on 0min and Dry Hop
v1.2: Add lemon jouice from 3 lemons ... No Zest though
