Notes
11:39- mash at 153F. PH is 1.525. Set timer forv30 minutes.
12:09-Started heating 4 gallons of sparge water. Set timer for 30 minutes.
12:50-Started sparge
1:15-finished sparge and started boil.
1:45-added one oz of Warrior. Set timer for 60 minutes.
2:45-started cool down.
3:05- finished cool down, aerated wort and added yeast. OG is 1.060 at 70F. Put fermenter into chest freezer set at 65F.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
