Malty, needs a bit more roast to balance, still in style as is. Notes
During the mash I really never went above 148F. It did drop into the high 130'sF, but I brought it back up slowly by recirculating the mash and stiring to allow the brewers edge water level to stay even on the inside and outside of the basket. I think the 15 min or so of recirculating and mashing was the reason for the added efficency. I also used about a gallon of water at 168F to wash the grains one last time prior to the boil.
