Really good...nice diacetyl..hoppy but not overpowerin at all..great malt backbone. Dfinitely a keeper!

Note: Muntons Maris Otter LME is actually NB Maillard Malts Maris Otter LME (BIAB Batch #3 used Muntons Maris Otter Light LME)..Beersmith didn,t have this as a selection RO water pH = 7.02 Water strike temp = 166+F Mash Temp 10 mins into = 157.5 F BrunWater Est pH=5.53 pH @ 10 mins into mash = 5.33 ..added 1/2 tsp baking soda.. final pH= 5.44 Mash Temp at 32 mins =155.5 F Mash Temp at 50 mins = 155 F Mash Temp at 75 mins = 152.5 Pitched yeast @ 68F...Used new Sovereign SS fermentor..placed in basement 3 days at 65F...moved to family room 2/6 at 70F for 11 days Move to basement 2/17...Dry hop 2/18 for 7 days at 66 F Bottle 2/26...FG 1.020...Vol 5.7 gallons...Dextrose 5.6 oz,,Carb level 2.55 volumes (used 68 F as temp)
