Taste Notes

A great tasting and simple to brew American Ale in the traditional style.

Notes

Easy to brew - just used a simple infusion mash. I was surprised with this brew as it came out nice and smooth with a hint of hops. A fine traditional ale. I believe the nice malty flavor comes from the caramunich malt
