Alt er innkjøpt på Bryggselv Larvik Flakket korn i mesken har mest virkning på smaken siden den er laget av umaltet korn. For å få god konvertering av stivelsen, la den småkoke i 30 minutter i litt vann. Kjøl deretter ned og mesk som vanlig sammen med resten av malten. Mash. 70 grader på termostat 30% effekt Kok. 110 termostat 65% effekt
