Etter oppskrift fra Nøgne Ø Mash termostat 30% effekt Kok. 110 termostat 60% effekt Temperatur ved overføring til gjæringskar 25 grader. Mesk startet opp mot 70 grader Wirpool igjennom humlesilen Flaket Havre For å få god konvertering av stivelsen, la den småkoke i 30 minutter i litt vann. Kjøl deretter ned og mesk som vanlig sammen med resten av malten. Kar nr. 2
