Notes
Maintained mash temp 152.5 for 60 minutes.
At the beginning of the mash, the bottom of the tun read 153.5 and the middle and top of the tun read 149.0. Equalized during the mash.
3.5 gallons after first runnings.
Sparge water exact at 200.5. Bottom of tun measured 168.0. Top measured 188.0.
OG was 1.063 before candi syrup.
OG was 1.066 after candi syrup.
After all three runnings, had 7.5 gallons.
Ran 0.5 gallons through mash tun. Added 0.5 gallons water direct to boil kettle.
