1/14/19 1st DH addition 5 days into fermentation 1/17/19 2nd DH addition 3/7/19 Substituted Galena for Citra 3/7/19 Sparged with 58 gal and it was too much. 3/11/19-DH with Amarillo Mosaic and Galena 3/19/19-DH with Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic 6/11/19 Cryo Citra and Mosaic dosed 50% 6/11/19 Cooled to 160F unhooked the heat exchanger and Whirlpooled at 180F 6/24/19 DH Cryo Mosaic at 8oz El Dorado and Citra 10/22/19 Cooled to 156F on the kettle thermometer, Whirlpooled at 175F 2/13/20- last dryhop going in for 5 days instead of 7 2/17/20 Pina Colada Wert Der Ferk Cask (5.4Gal): 1oz Sabro hops, 1.7oz DME, 0.5 FL oz coconut, 0.5 Fl oz heavy cream, 2 cans (29oz) organic pineapple chunks , used the juice from only 1 can. 4/21/20- 1Bbl Pina Colada Wert Der Ferk: 30 Gal Wer Der Ferk, 20LB pineapple puree, 1# Sabro Hops. Condition for 7 days. 1oz coconut extract, .4oz heavy cream 7/13/20- 1bbl Tropical Wert: 20lb pineapple puree, 1lb Sabro hops 7/14/20 - 1bbl Tropical Wert: .5oz amoretti toasted coconut, .5oz heavy cream
