Taste Notes
Nov 23 -
Eye - deep dark brown, rich
Nose - Milk chocolate, roasted coffee
Mouth - Smooth mouthfeel, clean taste, darker chocolate, maybe a little light bodied.
Finish - roastinessNotes
Nov 23 - Brew was pretty straightforward, with Rich’s Cascade hops! The body is a little light, but great, clean flavours… This is an awesome base for a stout and will use it again. Simple and clean, great for additions, or maybe will try a milk stout with it.
Added 140g roasted cocoa nibs.
