1 Week of Carbination:
Milkshake is perfect! Mosaic hops shine!
NEIPA is Harsh: Citra and Galaxy Hops Shine!
2 Week of Carbination:
Milkshake is still perfect!
NEIPA is much less harsh. Very very small amount.
Notes: Tap was hot and fussal meanwhile bottles and swing tops tasted amazing! Just a note. Bottles beers tasted like commercial grade beers. Flat out amazing!

NEIPA is amazing but still harsh. Looking at ways to fix this in 3.0...

Notes for 3.0 - - - Larger whirlpool; possible 9oz like 1.0... Milkshake Dry Hop to needs more hops as to balance with the lactose. NEIPA was the correct about of Dry Hops and additional whirlpool hops will help this also. Be careful with Mosaic as its very strong.
