Notes

1:1 sulfate: chloride for water use Low Oxygen method (crush grain directly into Mashtun, add water from below) for mashing. Use 5 Campden tablets (60ppm) for full water quantity added 5 minutes before mash-in. Adjust water salts accordingly using bru'n'water calculator. Do not boil vigorously, reduce boil to a simmer for entire duration
